Randy Hines was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale. He began his construction career working alongside his uncle, Gene Estes on projects in South Florida, the Bahamas and the Treasure Coast. After relocating to Sebastian, Randy Hines Construction was incorporated in 1982. Over 300 new homes and even more renovation projects have been completed to date.
